Refund Policy

We want you to love your experience with Mindolle. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns only if the item is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective or broken

  • Incorrect (wrong product shipped)

You must contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A description of the problem

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong item selected by the customer

  • Opened or used items


2. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is our fault or the supplier’s.


3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different product, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.


4. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by postal services or customs

  • Lost packages due to incorrect address provided by the customer
