How payment works (SEPA bank transfer)

  1. Place your order on our website.
  2. You immediately receive an email with our bank details, amount, and your order ID.
  3. Pay the invoice via your online banking (SEPA transfer).
  4. As soon as we receive your payment, we hand your parcel to the logistics provider.
  5. You receive a tracking number by email.

Your guarantees

  • 48-hour tracking guarantee: If you don’t receive a tracking number within 48 hours after your payment, we will issue a full refund upon your first message.
  • Every parcel is shipped with a trackable service.
  • If the carrier loses a parcel, you get a free reshipment or a full refund — your choice.

Typical delivery times

  • European Union: 5–12 business days (may vary by country and stock).
  • You’ll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
