Pay the invoice via your online banking (SEPA transfer).

As soon as we receive your payment, we hand your parcel to the logistics provider.

You receive a tracking number by email.

48-hour tracking guarantee: If you don’t receive a tracking number within 48 hours after your payment, we will issue a full refund upon your first message.

Every parcel is shipped with a trackable service.

If the carrier loses a parcel, you get a free reshipment or a full refund — your choice.
